Has restrooms. No truckers lounge. However there's employees lounge on the way to restroom. Receiving will take you earlier than 0800 delivery time. I arrived at 0700 right to the door. They started unloading in 5 minutes! Took 30 mins (However if all you know this next time the doors may be filled lol.) Other reason for 4 stars is location for me. Close to interstate and hotel at this exit with truck parking. And Pilot truckstop is only 10 miles away and hotel across from it wit truck parking. There enough space to back in easily. However I'm sure there are many who would say it's too tight. Receiving entry is past the dock doors. Enter and go right to desk on the right. Guard shack and people inside including fork lift driver who unloads you are cordial. I had railcar wheels (I THINK) from Greensboro NC
