Although I understand the reasoning that they don't want a vehicle to leave their fleet, and it's common practice for all car rentals. It's ridiculous what they charge to go one way with one of their vehicles.

Just got off the phone with Matt and he was very unprofessional. Asked him for a update on our rental to see if they had anything sooner and he said nope earliest is Thursday and I said okay thank you and he said yep and hung up. Do better with your customer service skills

Fantastic! The car rear tire blew out. I changed it and brought it to them. They tried to immediately get me a new one. When told that their garage had none, they promptly switched me to another vehicle! No hassle, no waiting, and with a genuine attitude of wanting to quickly provide assistance.

Our family has used this Enterprise twice in 2021 through our insurance provider when our vehicles have required repair. This is by far the absolute worst Enterprise. The first time, the vehicle we received was FILTHY with expired out of state tags and a quarter tank of fuel. We were told not to worry about it, we "probably wont get stopped". During the course of the rental period they called and hounded every listed family member to return the vehicle. We constantly had to call our insurance and everytime we were told this was not the fault of insurance, but the Enterprise branch. The rental was open and paid via insurance provider. This final time was Christmas Eve. We rcvd a call stating our insurance provider "canceled the rental". We just learned, after contacting our insurance provider (who has been closed for the holidays), this was not the case at all. The rental is still open and reserved. If you must use Enterprise (through insurance or employer), choose another location in the Savannah/Hilton Head area.
