I bought the DonJoy IceMan CLEAR3 machine for my second total knee replacement and it didn't disappoint! It was very cold and I had to refill it ~3x/day. A couple things to keep in mind. I bought the XL universal attachment so I could use it for any injury. It came with several Velcro straps to keep it in place. It was suggested to me to freeze small water bottles and use that as the ice and recycle them in the machine from your freezer. I found that when you connected the button on the hose to the sticker with writing side together the water flowed nicely (see photo). I also found that the water flowed well through the pad if you turned the machine on prior to affixing it with the Velcro straps. Sometimes the entryway was blocked if you attached it first. I ordered this item a few days prior to my surgery and it arrived quickly. I definitely recommend this product!

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a knee brace from this company to help stabilize my knee. Upon receiving the item, I tried it on, in my home and unfortunately, it was to small. I never wore it outside or anything. After sending the brace back (at my expense) in it’s original packaging, I received an email from the company. They told me they would not refund me my money because the brace had been used, however, it had clearly not been used because it was to small for me! The lady on the phone was quite rude and would not work with me in any way, shape, or form. All she did was repeat their “return policy statement”. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism! Now they want me to pay them more money to send the brace back to me even though it doesn’t fit! That means if I let them keep it, they will get to resell it again! I typically don’t leave google reviews, but with this experience, I figured I better let people know what they are getting into. I Will update this review if anything changes.
