My daughter in law accidentally gave my dog 100 mg of Benadryl. What can I do or should do. Or o guess what I’m asking is will she be ok

It depends how large a dog you have. Just like people dogs are given medicine by weight. Benadryl is usually ok to give to a dog but I would call your vet if your dog is very small.
