Unfortunately due to circumstances I had to store my belongings a lot longer than expected. One time failed to lock up properly, I received a call immediately, a strange person was noticed, I was notified immediately. I have to say Anna went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure my things were safe and I can't say thanks enough. Again, Anna thank you for everything.

This place is wonderful - and the staff is AMAZING! Having successfully completed a cross-country move (with uHaul PODs), I needed a place "right now" to unload into, and saw online that a discount would be afforded for anyone who signed up 'sight unseen.' I showed up on the property one day to ensure the size I was considering would be adequate (and to make sure the property was 'safe enough' for a single female to navigate) and I was VERY happy to sign up - there on the spot - with Ms. Bobbie, who so expertly showed me the amenities (motion-sensor lighting / gate access by code-only / cameras on every unit). She made me feel 'right at home' with her demeanor and knowledge, understanding how stressful a move can be - let alone, cross-country, with PODs awaiting unloading. It took no time at all to be signed up and official with my unit! The next day, when I had the team together to bring and unload the PODs was also something to consider! Ms. Bobbie had Ms. Anna there to help and when they noticed "all the traffic" coming in and out of that door (there were 3 different families unloading into the building), they came and offered us a special 'door code' to keep us from having to enter our codes each time we approached the building door. Excellently helpful and attentive staff helped make 'move-in day' that much easier - and less stressful! The units are CLEAN, easily accessible (by freight-sized elevator, for those of us on higher level floors), and very well lit (motion-sensor lights). The prices are extremely reasonable too, even less than what I was spending on TWO units in WA state. GREAT! FIVE STARS for helpful, friendly staff; clean and well-lit SAFE units; and peace-of-mind knowing move-in was (and eventually move-out will be) 'so easy'! :D
