The facility is clean and looks nice. The staff and officials are polite. The lower rating is due to anyone not working there being required to wear a face mask while those working there do not.

SC has a problem in the legal system. Judges are violating the constitution right to due process. You can say people are innocent until proven guilty but the judges in Greer are tarnishing our rights with bad judgments. Example: Ann Pitts issues a warrant for stalking with no verified evidence just an incident report. Report was never investigated by officers. The background check comes back 0 of the allegations made by alleged victim were true. This leads me to Terri Murray ruling on the same incident report after defendant was arrested. She ordered GPS monitoring. Took away defendants visitation of his child. That's jail at home and its punishment. That's not due process and no scum bag lawyer explanation can turn that in to due process. She violated a constitutional right to be innocent until proven guilty. She made a horrible decision. Terri Murray stated in court the incident had been investigated .When petitioned for a reason the officer did not verify statements, the police department stated they only take reports. Officers don't investigate. But Terri Murray stated the police did an investigation but the police say that they don't investigate. Sounds like Terri Murray should be reprimanded. Ann Pitts should be reprimanded for failing to recognize the information provided by police was not verified, was in fact false. The problem is everyone says that's not my job. Well you are hurting the people you're suppose to be protecting. It's time for look into abuses by police and judges. They abuse the term probable cause to violate our rights. The law works to protect everyone you can't pick and choose what rights your going to let defendants have. How can people not have contempt for your court when it is so incorrectly run? How many innocent people are in jail because of this abuse? Do you have any idea Mr. Mayor, city council do you care how the performance of police and judges hurts the community? Or is it a case of you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet?
