Great food as usual. Service was friendly and efficient as usual. The issue was a bad choice of music and music volume. I'm hoping this was a one time mistake. The language in the lyrics wasn't appropriate for some adults but definitely not for the small children. The music was shut down immediately after a dad spoke up. Again hoping this will never happen again. Sorry Surcheros I have to give an honest realistic review. That honesty includes recommending people go in and enjoy your good food.

We do not have a drive thru any longer because we want everyone to have the best dining experience. We have found that the very nature of our concept requires more time than a drive thru allows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All Surcheros restaurants are required to follow state and local guidelines for restaurants during the COVID pandemic. These include but are not limited to frequent hand washing and glove changes, and wearing face masks when dealing with the guests. We also ask that all guests wear face masks when entering our restaurants. We have our floors and tables marked for social distancing. Hand sanitizer is provided for all guests to use.
