Another fabulous place in Galveston. It's a very unassuming place, but don't let that fool you. The food is fabulous. The staff is super. I had the "Mexican enchiladas." They were LOADED with chicken (you do get your choice of meat). Absolutely delicious. My husband had a plate with steak and some type of bread covered with refried beans, cotija cheese, and avocado slices (don't remember what it was called). It was absolutely delicious as well. Definitely give this place a try when you visit Galveston.

15 years ago I visited this typical restaurant with Mexican food, the comfortable super delicious, from the chips and sauces to the dish you choose, my favorite dish is EL PRESIDENTE (1 gordita, 1 sope and a taco). The service is good, the prices have undoubtedly risen, for example 1 shrimp TOSTADA and ceviche $8.99 + tax. We were 4 people and we spent between sopes, tacos, 3 horchata waters (delicious), small guacamole and 2 toasts: $82.00 + tax + tip = $100.00 In short, I recommend it 👍🤑
