My sister was employed here for a few years and loves her job and the patients. This place is very poorly managed by control freaks who do not care about these patients at all. They constantly keep the staff at odds with one another and have no clue what they are doing. I’m so thankful that my sis is at a much better facility in Florence where the patients are their #1 priority. I wouldn’t allow this place to care for my animals…

My Grandmother has been at Rice Estates now for over a year. She was constantly complaining about the food at Arbor. Not sure what has changed, but in the last month she is so excited to get her meals. As this is a most important event - Breakfast- Lunch - Dinner and snacks for these residents - this makes me so happy. Thank you Rice for serving her good, hot food! It makes a difference.
