I don't recommend living here, they have a hotline for maintenance and basically ignore you. The person in charge tells you that he will come and never arrives. In less than a month I have to call for different repairs and it is a nightmare to get someone to come and do the job. The two ladies who work at the front desk are very kind, they try to help the resident because of the irresponsible administration and maintenance. You pay high rent for a gate community and the gate is always open. The price you pay and you don't get a good service.

While the physical location is ideal, that’s been the best thing about the complex. From uninformed staff that had us wait 3 months for a ground floor unit, only to end up in a 1st floor with a neighbor under us. Typically may not matter but due to construction of the buildings expect to hear everything if your neighbors watch tv a little loud or listen to music. Add in the unit was not clean upon move in but rather filthy and covered in animal hair. Told by the office the previous tenant didn’t have a dog, even though the floor covered in dog hair and stench of dog inside the home. Past that community struggles to keep the property maintained and cleaned due to staffing shortages. The worst part though may be the construction 7 days a week from 6am-8 or 9pm. All of this at a premium cost. Very disappointed sadly.

This complex is beautiful. The apartments are massive with wonderful views as they are tucked back into the trees. It's located far enough away that you avoid any noise and traffic. The maintenance staff has always been quick to take care of any of my requests. The office staff is always friendly and has a big smile on their face. My dog loved going for walks around the complex and on the nature trails nearby!

When I moved in, the apartment I signed a lease for was not the one they gave me. The apartment was so filthy and damaged that they had to spend the next few days cleaning and repairing it. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. These "luxury" apartments have a terrible trash system that isn't built to accommodate the number of residents. They do not care about the residents and will do what is best for them. DO NOT MOVE HERE. edited to add that they never answer their phones at the leasing office and there is rarely anyone physically at the office. Living here is like being in an abusive relationship.
