I have called every other day for a month know about my case. Noone ever answers or does their job. They give you their supervisor and everything they also never answer or return calls after leaving voice-mail. If it wasn't for my kids I wouldn't go through this. They are trying to deny food assistance saying I make to much. I make under $1600 a month the amount you can't succeed is over $2000. I feel like they are robbing my kids of being able to eat. I moved from Alabama with ebt never had any problems like this. Like something seriously needs to be done about this people are in poverty right know and these woman at this office are nothing but scammers. Just remember all yall are doing is taking food out of our babies mouths.

They are never in the office. Never answer the phone. They don't return phone calls and I'm thinking someone needs to contact people higher up to check out this office. The frustration is real.

Can you guess it? Yep, they don't answer the phone. Guess I won't get a callback either.

You have to take them off of your case, and the other parent needs to apply for them themselves.
