The 30+ minute wait for an agent is unacceptable. I had a chat open and two phones open and it was over 30 minutes. After someone finally answered it was okay.

Services Are Trash ! I’ve Been Without Internet Service For Ongoing 5 Weeks Now! Been a Loyal Paying Customer For About 2yrs Now. And I’ve Been Calling about everyday now To Get In Contact With Someone To Resolve This Issue And It’s Not Getting Fixed !

Hargray in Bluffton is just ok. My service has an issue of some sort at least once every 6 weeks. Never had a problem on Hilton Head, yet Bluffton's a different story. Here we are on Christmas Day and no internet.......again! I've been waiting for just over 3 hours now (I can't even get a hold of anybody on the phone) and still nothing. The only reason that I'm using Hargray is because my neighborhood has given exclusive rights for use of Hargray, and won't allow us to use anyone else. I just wish that Bluffton Hargray would catch up with Hilton Head Island and every other area around me! Added update: Our service has been out all day again (September 27th), and nobody can get through to find out any information about why our service is out yet again! I think the answer will be Spectrum! 👍

I have been a customer of Hargray Communications since 2012, and always received excellent service 24-7. Unfortunately the price is pricing me out of the cable market and I am now using more streaming services. I am beginning to think about disconnecting from cable and going to internet only.

??? WELL, HOW MUCH IS UNBUNDLED INTERNET SERVICE?
Account password; definitely call. An agent will be able to assist you in changing or obtaining your password. If it is for your router. As long as it is a Hargray provided one, they can remote into it to make changes or obtain current wifi password. If it is one that was purchased, you have to either access the router through the appropriate app or factory reset the router and set up from step one.
