I went in for color swatches I was greeted by the employees as I enter the store Susan, mason, Jonathan and James was very helpful with picking colors all of them at least ask me once if I needed help and I was graceful for that also the products and and prices was reasonable as well due to it being a sale when I went in. Great experience will recommend other customers.

While trying to get outdoor paint the lady at the front counter, who did not introduce herself, was not helpful with explaining the different types of outdoor paints. When trying to get a red she wasn’t able to guarantee that the color was going to come out right because they didn’t have the correct base for red and it would be 1.15 off and couldn’t answer if it would come out lighter or darker. She was not able to answer any questions that we had. This was a very disappointing experience with a company that typically has a great reputation.
