Made a delivery today, 2nd of 9 stops. It took two hours for not even half the trailer. A mere 2,000 lbs. A whole warehouse full of employees that are not much help. Horrible customer service. Receiving hounded me about being 1 min late when the BOL says receiving hours are 8:00/EDT - 16:00/EDT. Actually it’s 07:00/EST - 14:00/EST. They got it posted by the receiving door. Not to mention - driver assist. They didn’t even mention it to the broker.
