Met with the Doctor, indicated that I would be called the next day with a schedule for CT, follow-up appointment. One week later still not a word. I even sent an email and was told I would get a call yesterday, NOT. Not a way to treat patients; especially when dealing with pain and total arm numbness just turning your head. I will find another neurosurgeon.

Insensitive Doctor, surly staff, Only one handicap parking spot. Long wait for consultation, even longer for actual medical procedures. I cancelled my planned spinal help and went somewhere else.
