They don’t answer their phones, return phone calls, or return emails. This is not professional at all. I have sat on hold for hours at a time just waiting for answer and have multiple emails and left multiple voice messages. This is ridiculous.

Start s transfer with your old county, then continue the switch with Sumter once they receive the transfer from your old worker.
You have to either call your worker, or go down in person. It's on the 4th floor.
