They helped us with over 16 pitbulls we got stuck with, got them all spayed/neutered, rabies shots, and microchipped. Whenever we need help even though we are down to 5 dogs from 30 total they help us the best they can. They are a blessing for haywood county and they really are here to help the unfortunate animals. They work with the animal shelter and foster animals. If u dont have pets or even if u do help them back be a foster parent or just volunteer to help them out at adoption days they are a link to sarges animal rescue group. I used to volunteer for them but its been a long while since I have. I would love to actually help out some again. . . They really are a good asset to our community!!! When I volunteered for HAWA they were the start of Sarge's. . . I explained it as how It remembered it. . . Had y'all not done that from the start then there would be ALOT more homeless and abused animals. . . Therefore, Thank You for speaking for the ones who can't let their voice be heard because, people don't understand them. . . Yes, they bark, meow, neigh, or moo, cluck, whatever But. . . Does anyone really know what they are saying??? NO! Animals have feelings too!!! Ty 😊

Kathy, Our price is based on income level. People who are on food stamps usually qualify for $10 per pet surgery and rabies vaccination. Bring your EBT card and ID with you to the office when you come to register your pets for the services.
When pets are being spayed or neutered we offer rabies vaccinations. Unless the owner provides proof of prior vaccination we offer only the first year vaccinations. With proof, we can ask the vet to provide the three year version.

You have to come to the office to sign up ahead of time. To take advantage of our low cost program you will need to bring proof of family income and a photo ID.

Sorry Barbara we are just a Spay/Neuter facility. We do not have veterinarians on staff. I would suggest you contact your veterinarian. They should be able to give you advise over the phone. Cats need to be 4 months old and weigh 3 pounds to be neutered/spayed. Vaccines for rabies and distemper are given at the time of surgery. We cannot give vaccines at the office.
Your puppy needs to be 6 at least months old. That gives him enough time to physically develop.
Skin irritations are often caused by fleas. We sell flea pills at the office at the very low price of $6.00. Gets the fleas off in 24 hours, keeps them off for one month.

Cats should be spayed when they reach sexual maturity...this can be four to six months...
