This church is an integral part of the neighborhood and of the Charleston Area Missionary Baptist Association. Their doors were opened to host the Associations 1st Choir Workshop and culminating worship concert. The former Pastor, Pastor Brantley, Sr., is also still an integral part of the church and community, stepping into retirement and handing the church over to his son. The senior Pastor Brantley showed his love and willingness to serve by preparing a delicious lunch of his homemade soup for the choir.
