Out of the 6 years that I have been getting mail here, this past year has been the worst I have not received delivered packages, Shane, Diedra and Baldy said that another customer was getting my packages because his mother name is LINDA BROWN, what happened to verifying the address, or why are they just handing out mail and not putting a notice in the box, so if you are expecting anything make sure you pick it up as soon as you get the notification. Then was told that it was my fault that the package had the physical address on it and not the PO Box #, I also know that the PO Box is tied to the physical address along with everybody name that receives mail.

We often do not get our important mail and packages. Tracking will say it was delivered to the mailbox but we won't get any mail that day. We know someone else is getting it instead and it is very frustrating!

Some Amazon packages are delivered but some are not. I don't have a mailbox on the main road. The house has been here for 70 years; how can they not know how to find me?

Never had any complaints my whole 8yrs living here but as of last week when I went to pick up a very important package I was told that it was not there job to find my package before it was out for delivery. I had a valid driving license with my current address my concern is how is it not your job that’s what you get paid to do. Bad customer service.
