Nice sales lady. Very helpful. They didnt have what I was looking for. There prices were what, I expected but. I'd thought theyd have some scratch and dent items but didnt.

My family purchased a refrigerator in November 2021. As of June 2022, they said the refrigerator was delayed due to the color (white) they selected. I called on July 29 to cancel order and get a refund. The refund had to be by check because they wrote a check. The person told me it would be 7 days, but probably more like 14 days. I gave them a few weeks extra before I called again. I called again today, 9/7 to ask about the check. I was told the employee that writes checks is out and a check would be mailed on Friday. I don’t believe a business should treat customers in this manner.

I am sorry you were not callled back. Please call M-F 9-4 and ask for service. If you do not get a response you can ask for the GM.. He will try and assist you.
The delivery time varies but Sunrise is very prompt and do a great job installing the appliances. We were very pleased! I highly recommend them.

They don't sell used, but they do have good deals. Ask for Tom we've worked with him for years and he's always worked with us. We get all of our appliances there.
