We had a great tour and tasting today at the down-home Hollow Creek Distillery! All of our questions were answered and we learned so much about distilling their delicious spirits! We picked up some interesting history and thoroughly enjoyed talking with Amanda and the owners. I highly recommended you take a nice drive out by the beautiful Lake Murray and visit Hollow Creek Distillery!
