Apartments are spacious and clean, quiet and peaceful for the most part. Enjoy living here myself.

Good place We moved in 12/2021 But just discovered that there is illegal drug use happening inside and outside of these apartments. I have zero interest in this position but I just don't understand why nothing is happening at all. I have a child that lives with me and my husband also. Older children here bully younger kids and nothing is done about it. All I do was file a complaint against them and nothing was done. I mean it's a nice place to live in but I have my reasons why.

Yes there are apartments available, and pets allowed with approval. The Apartments are section 8.

I lived at southview in apartments A5 in 1985, when Sanatha Counts managed them. I am currently living in Marion NC. Would you consider renting to some who would be moving from out of state? And what is your policy on pets?

Yes u can have pets unless u have a pet deposit or a doctor explaining why need a pet.
