I have had two terrible experiences with Howard brothers. I bought a brand new stihl chainsaw and they sent me home with the wrong one so I brought it back and they made me pay a difference for a different saw that was the same price but they considered the one I brought back as used. I also bought a new Honda push mower from them and three months in, the mower was broken and under warranty. I took the mower in and they are taking over two weeks to get me my mower back and my business is losing money because of it. Not to mention the girl at the cashier was just sitting there painting her nails. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Howard brothers again.
