Horrific customer service. Allowed me to book reservation and then canceled on the day of pickup after I flew in due to errors on their end. Staff was extremely rude, location was dirty. Will never use Enterprise again. If I could give their staff negative stars I would.

I don't recall the name of the female employee I dealt with, but she is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and professional. All of them are great. They didn't charge me extra for a SUV when I booked a car because they had limited availability of cars at the time. They're also flexible about pickup and dropoff times. I'll definitely rent from them again.

I think $200.00!!! I rented a car for 3days and i had to pay a $200.00 deposit. And i received my deposit back fast...☺
We have been using the Smithfield NC location for many years and we have usually been satisfied with the customer service and vehicles we have rented.
Yes you have to arrange it but they are pretty good about it if it not too far away
