There are not nicer people in any store anywhere. Absolutely EVERYONE is knowledgeable, kind, & helpful. They have extensive inventory and if they don't have it on the shelf they are happy to to look through their inventory woth a smile the entire time. Oh and don't forget to ask to buy some candy!!!!! It is the most fun part of going to the store!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices on what I was looking for Tons of inventory. Friend told me about them and had been watching videos on YouTube. Drove 3 hours to check them out and glad I did . Plan on going back.

To the owner of exile Armory, please read this review in it’s entirety. I hope you take this to heart and make some changes. I came in not long ago and did purchase a rifle from you but I just want to let you know that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I will never come back to your store for any reason. I will go elsewhere and pay more money to receive a positive experience and some actual customer service. In fact, I went today to shotgun sports and bought multiple guns and I’m going back in the next few weeks to buy more guns and accessories. At your location the overall impression was: pick something out on the wall, point to it, don’t ask any questions because you will receive no guidance, no customer service, then hurry and pay for it and get out the door! At the cash register while I was being rung out at your store, I informed the ladies behind the counter that in addition to the rifle I would like to purchase some optic mounts and some ammunition. I was told that I would not receive any help or any information or any guidance because they were “too busy and didn’t have time for that”. I have never been anywhere in my life and someone said they were too busy to help me spend money at an establishment that makes money FROM SALES! I understand times are tough, staff is short, and people are working extremely hard. But I’m sorry that is absolutely no excuse for you not to have trained your staff properly and have enough of them to take care of customers and help me spend money in your establishment. I will never be coming back and I will tell every person that I meet to never come to your store because they will receive the exact same treatment. I read your reviews and I am not alone on this. You need to make some serious changes as the owner because all of this comes from the top down. You set the Expectation in the store ,the overall atmosphere of the store, and the training that your staff receives and the way that they conduct themselves. I hope you make some much needed changes.
