Supercuts have always been hit or miss for me. I feel I get a simple men's haircut but somehow half the time I come to one they mess it up. I was next door so took a chance today. Dominique did a great job and quick as well.

I usually do walk-ins because the app never works for me. I love how clean it looks and how they cut my hair. I recently regretted taking my daughter somewhere else just because of a coupon. They left her hair uneven. I plan to go back to supercuts to get her hair fixed.

Do not take your kid’s here. I came in and said I needed an appointment for my 19 month old son. The lady had me schedule an appointment for later in the day. I came back and then the stylist told me I had to leave my baby in there or she couldn’t cut his hair if I was in the building. I had my mask on. This is completely unacceptable. I personally had my hair done in a salon a few days ago and another person was across the room getting her hair done, masks on, social distanced. What a waste of my day. Stylish Hannah just said sorry not her fault. We live locally and will let people know to bring business elsewhere.
