Called at 4:45pm to see if they had a SCAG belt in stock, they said yes. Arrived when they opened the following morning at 8:30am, and found out they didn't have it in stock. They said they probably sold it in the last 15 mins of the previous day. I don't buy that excuse, but it could happen. But what really put me over the edge, and the reason you're getting this review, is that I was sitting in the parking lot at 8:20, and the staff acknowledge me sitting there. I patiently waited until 8:30, went in, and two young boys were chomping on their breakfast while the (I'm assuming) manager was helping another customer. I expected them to say, how can I help you sir, and put their breakfast aside until the customer was serviced. But that's not what happened. They sat there with there heads down as if I wasn't there, and took about 4 mins to finish their breakfast. Then, the manager asked one of the young punks if they could help me. Got it. So breakfast comes before customers. I was in a big hurry, but that didn't matter because customers don't come first, and on top of that, I drove 35 mins to get a part that was supposed to be in stock, and wasn't. This was an incredibly UNIMPRESSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNHELPFUL experience which did nothing but waste my time. So you get a one star review.
