My Volks GLI, great car, had an issue since a NJ gas station attendent did not secure the cap while adding oil (just a routine check). The intelligence of the car realized a problem and caused the car to slowly shut down, while I was driving. I was away on business but was able to limp to Volks of W I. I met Mike Balletta, very good guy. My service person was Giovanni Reyes, also very good guy. G assisted me finding the solution and all the stuff an out of town sales guy needed so I could have a productive day, without my car. I had my car later that day. Good folks, honest people, a pleasure to work with.
