I made an appt on line on a saturday for a tuesday. They called tuesday morning and cancelled, did not have the glass. Made another appt for 9 days later cuz they said they are so busy. They called that morning and cancelled again. Said they would call me. 4 days later and nothing. They jerked me around for 2.5 weeks. Have an appt today at Auto Glass Now. I will NEVER deal w/ them again

Safelite was very honest and helpful towards me and they explained everything in detail, actually one of the techs let me watch while he performed the task...good people!!

Theyre very busy this time of year

Worst Customer Service. Can never get anyone on the phone. Was told to call ahead of appointment to make sure the glass was delivered. Could never get anyone on the phone.....

Typically the calls are routed through a call center.

Can I speak with a live person to get a qutoe. They will not will let me leave message. Put in for a quote on line nd have not heard anything back but a link to schedule and app.
