So friendly and extremely welcoming...even though they were super busy the staff was so wonderful...every member of the crew spoke with me and made feel very special. Considering how busy they were my order was made very quickly

Because this store is so close to FSU the place is set up for work. It has plenty of big tables most with power outlets right under them. There are two loveseats and a few comfy chairs if you just want to chill. The staff was super friendly and the dinning area was immaculately clean.

I was made to wait for 10 minutes after at least 10 people before me got attended. After a substantial time of asking I was told the ticket didn't print and they proceed to serve others. I got the wrong size order and the barista got upset with me since she thought I was being upgraded
