For Battles, before leaving this location or any other make sure you do the following steps: 1. Check the milage, this should match on the vehicle and your contract 2. Check the unit #, should match on the vehicle and your contract (as well as car carrier) 3. Check the vin ( front windshield ) should match with the registration which is in the vehicle cabin behind the driver’s seat 4. Check license plate is present on both vehicle and car carrier. License plate should match with what is written in your contract. 5. Check oil level of the vehicle 6. Check car carrier straps, make sure it is functional, not broken or loose Address it with the dealer to be fixed Good luck

Very poor customer service and I had to 0ay additional for insurance that I sent in that I already had.. I sent them over via email and they claimed they got it and stated they couldn't reimburse me "because that was last week " but we had the truck rental from Wed to Thursday and spoke with them and they just wanted to hustle us out of an additional $230 to shut us up they said it had to be sent in for review... then had every excuse on why "they couldn't refund it " but not one was valid. The rental was filthy cleaned it out myself and literally went through an entire container of lysol wipes... wonder if they ever heard of this COVID stuff going around. They had no care. Gave us an incorrect VIN and didn't match the registration so couldn't even work for the first 3 days we rented the vehicle because I am an owner operator and needed the rental for work and they gave our insurance agent an entirely different VIN 🤷♀️🤦♀️ When they make any errors DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY... THEY WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM SAYING WHATEVER TO GET YOU OUT OF THEIR WAY AND ON TO THE NEXT and their excuse iut of it all is we are not actually part of Penske ... we just eent out their vehicles . Food for thought ... IF YOUR GOING TO TAKE THE RENTAL SIDE ON ... DO IT THE RIGHT WAY and run it as you would do if it were YOURS ... or don't offer it at all. Clean the vehicles after each use ?? This was caked on there not been cleaned ... if ever ... And certainly don't just lie to shut people up. Very disappointing

Yes we just returned two around 3am this past Monday morning. In Sumter SC they have key drop boxes
I would ask them with U-Haul that's considered a one-way rental and it has special rates more than the daily rates
They have trucks with fuel. You can buy deisel fuel at the Circle K down the street from them
