Very cute "hoke is the wall" bookstore with a huge collection. Their rare book section is a fanatic selection to even just look at, so much history in such a small place. It's also really cheap, I got a slightly used copy of Dune for $5

Traveling through Minneapolis to visit a friend, popped into The Book House in Dinkytown and loved it! The selection was amazing, and the prices were fair. Since I was flying, the staff offered to ship my books home to me. The package arrived yesterday as they promised and they even wrapped the books with great care! Super classy to go the extra mile!

Hello, Thanks for contacting us. We have not had much success with Manga in the past, so we generally don't buy them any more. We enjoy getting poetry and foreign language books in, though! We definitely buy a lot of books in those categories.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A big dog might feel a little cramped, but we've never heard a complaint from past canine visitors.

We may have a small selection of board books at times, but our Children's books section generally leans more toward collectibles and classics.
Academic books are one of our main specialties. The best times to bring in books are between 1pm and 5pm, Mon thru Saturday, and all day (11am - 6pm) Sunday. You may also drop off books at any time and we will get back to you with an offer within 24hrs.
Generally speaking, we do not.
