The staff is always great, never enough staff in morning. Wait time is long, and the worse it the store hours. Spectrum don't care about helping they seem to only care about money. People have to work also. Cause the wait time is long so we can't come at lunch break, online and phone is to much time also. They need to open earlier than 10:30

They have 6 windows and only serve 2 people. It took more than an hour and I couldn't pay. Terrible truth. It's a big company and why don't they worry about serving their customers later!!! Haaaaa but if one takes time to pay there if they worry and charge too much

Is there a rating lower than one star? I left before being seen. The text stating that I was next came 5 mins short of an hour and a half wait! The new location is nice, wait time not so much.
