Very similar experience that Randy Young had. Wife was at home when Cody arrived to check our furnace. He rattled off $1400 worth of replacement parts then told us a new furnace would be better. He only actually looked at things for 30-45 minutes and just said something was making a "loud noise" and refused to replace our thermostat at least. Next day got another company to come in replace thermostat and furnace started right up with no "loud noise". Watch out some of the workers are attempting to take advantage of customers.

Called to make an appointment to get an estimate on getting plumbing work done. Was told plumber would be at my house at 9:00 on a Friday morning and I would receive a call as he was on his way so I took a day off work. 10:30 still no call. Called the office and they apologized and said I would receive a call in a few minutes, no call. 12:30 still no call, cancelled appointment. If takes this long just to get an estimate, how long would it be to get the work done,
