Stopped by for a quick dinner as we were looking to try something new and the menu (particularly the cocktail menu) sounded good. The restaurant is intimate in size and the decor is simple but sophisticated. The service was attentive and friendly. We learned from the bar manager, Melissa, that they are slowly rolling out additional service to include lunch and brunch. Melissa has crafted a great cocktail list and was very knowledgeable. Our drinks (an Old Fashioned and an Amaretto Sour) we’re great. We tried the blackened grouper “California style” (with avocado, crab, tomato, and pickled onion), which was very good. It wasn’t actually blackened but more of a simple grill, but I preferred that. The accompaniment didn’t have much crab but the overall mix was very refreshing. The only real downside was the tiramisu, which was more of a cake style with icing instead of a traditional soaked tiramisu. The flavor was still good but the piece was a bit dry and crumbly, not at all the consistency that it should have been. But Melissa was quick to correct the situation, which we appreciated. For a newly opened restaurant, there is much to like here and we will definitely return.

Really went all out but so glad as we had plenty of food for everyone! Very nice open layout and kitchen. Staff was very attentive and offered excellent wine pairing suggestions. I’m looking forward to trying breakfast, lunch, and especially Sunday brunch! On a side note, the high top chairs are different but comfortable once you manage to get into them.
