I’m a new customer and their service is great at this location: friendly, fast, efficient. The bank itself seems to be irritatingly stuck in the past with few features that would be convenient like Zelle, mobile deposits that actually work, no hassle transfers, and unlimited change requests so there’s that. But for this location in particular, no complaints.

The worst bank I have ever banked with. They got into my account added money and then said i owed. They closed my account before the second stimulus came out but let it go into my old account but for this one they rejected it sent it back this bank is a joke I would not recommend banking here find another one!!!

If u just opened the account it could take up to a month . but if not just opened i truly dont know.
I think u can do both. But its better to go in. They print your cards right there. And sometimes they have promos for new customers.
