I needed a tow plate put on a car in order to tow behind an RV. Dixie Hitch ordered the needed parts, had them available when promised, installed timely, and gave us instructions and demonstration on how how to connect to the RV. Not a highly commercial location, but did exactly what they said they would, and did it well.
