The employees within the actual bank have been nothing but polite to me; you really couldn't ask for anything more there. The bank itself is a disgrace and I would NOT recommend anyone to bank with them. I have had several problems over the last 4 or so years I have banked with them, including my account being overdrafted because of an error regarding a check I had cashed on their end. As of late, getting into my bank account has been a hassle. When I try to login within the website or even the phone app, it supposedly sends my phone number a verification code that I never receive. I have to go to an actual Woodforest bank (or call, I guess) to simply see how much money I have. Simply put, this bank wreaks. The only way I would ever recommend anyone ever bank here is if you are a Wal-Mart employee, as they have benefits for them.

I have used Woodforest since 2018 and had no problems at first. Recently I deposited a check into my account. I went to check how much money I had and noticed I was near -$200. It shouldnt show any transaction history for a compromised card, and it doesn't even show that I deposited the check into my account. Woodforest is unwilling to help. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
