I came in with a picture of the type of hair I needed. I was then pointed to where it might would be. Asked about another brand of hair and the lady stayed behind the counter. Didn’t help me at all! I was going to get other things but why spend my money when I couldn’t get help in the first place. Definitely won’t be going back again.

If I have the receipt of wrong hair sized items that I purchased can they be switched out for the right size? On the receipt it says no refund and no exchange? So I guess that’s a no?

I stopped by on last week to grab some hair and I grabbed the wrong length for 8 packs of the EZBRAID PROFESSIONAL. I didn’t see a receipt in my bag and this is my first time realizing. Can I switch out to get the right 8 packs instead no charge?
