My wife went thru the drive thru and tried to order a two piece grilled tender box (which some KFC's serve). The lady responded by saying we don't serve that which is fine. As my wife went to change her order the lady chirped over the loud speaker, "This is Kentucky FRIED Chicken." No need for that. No need for ignorance. Just wow. Cannot believe management let's that happen to guests. We will be visiting other establishments from now on. Which is a shame cuz we eat here about every other week.

Always good fried chicken but this store in Sanford doesn't offer senior meal discount, very disappointing.

Placed an online order this evening and was told after getting to this KFC that, they had to wait for the customer to show up before putting the order together. What did I miss? I thought online ordering was for convince of the customer as well as cutting the wait time. Not sure who started this "new policy", my words but, I think it's ridiculous. Also, while waiting for my order I was told there were no breasts and was asked if I'd like to substitute with legs, wings or thighs. Correct me but, isn't the "C" in KFC supposed to mean Chicken? Dear lort Sanford KFC, get it together. Not sure when or if I'll be ordering from here again.
