No everything in there is fresh that's what makes it so good so sorry everyone I had to come back and edit my answer yes everything is fresh but the mozzarella is processed cheese I hope that answer your question.

Mellow Mushroom Cary is closed three days a year: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will be open our regular hours the rest of the year. Thanks
