I love Enterprise!. Enterprise is the only rental company I've used for the past several years & I've never had a bad experience. Their staff has always been friendly & helpful. I have the App on my phone, which makes creating a reservation super easy.

As a longstanding Enterprise customer this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon pick up I was told I needed an another form of ID in addition to my NC drivers license. When I questioned why, as I've never been asked this at any other location, I was told it's an airport policy - for all airports. I said I'd never been asked this before at AVL or any other airports, especially as a Plus member. The person working the counter then responded that I was being unruly and he didn't have to rent me the car if I wouldn't "settle down". I wasn't creating a scene just direct because I only had my drivers license on hand. He then proceeded to lecture me on the merits of customer service while swearing at least once. He also accused me of intimating another employee who he claimed was so traumatized she needed to go outside to cry. I didn't see any Enterprise employees outside crying, although I did see the person he referred to dealing with other customers and her demeanor appeared completely normal. Beyond the pale that would should be an extremely quick, easy transaction became an ordeal bordering on harassment. I avoid giving negative online reviews with details and only do so now because Enterprise customer service has failed to follow up on my previous complaints concerning this matter.

Customer service was so great! Car itself though was dirty, smelly, and dinged up. Went back to explain so we wouldn’t be charged—a pain at midnight for sure. Nicest and most efficient employee ever saved this review.

I had the same experience. Ridiculous.
I know they pickup but I don't think they pickup at another Enterprise. You can ask the Arden location to pick you up at the airport.

Yes at aiport we are open 24/7 however all local branches will be closed, only difference is airport dont accept debit cards unless you can provide confirmation of an outgoing flight.
Enterprise will stay open until the last flight lands (midnight) or until 2:00am in the event of a flight delay.
Dont pull in front way drive past airport and first stop light right by marathon convience store make that right and car rental return is in the big garage.
You will have to call. So you are aware, there are a lot of cars going into Florida and very few leaving. Rates will be higher to go to Miami, one way. That will be the case with any rental car company. GOOD LUCK!
They accept debit and credit cards but there is a 200 dollar deposit on debit cards

Call the 1 800 number and they can tell you where nearby opened Enterprise store is. .... and some are open on Saturdays and Sundays and late hours too.

Yes there is a parking lot you can leave your car in. When you pull in to the airport drive past the terminals and the lot is near the exit on the right. Just ask one of the associates at Enterprise and they'll direct you to it.

Good luck...my mom & I arrived by train to MS and no one was there to pick us up. No answer at office either. Left completely on our own. Had to take Uber. If the office is closed, you have no options whatsoever! Done with Enterprise.
