Where do I begin...The mini fridge freezer wasn't working right. There were stains all over the walls. The floor had very clearly not been vacuumed after the last guess. The room smelled like cigarettes which was disturbing our entire stay. In fact, when we left each day for work, we came back to a much stronger smell of cigarettes. For a 'smoke free' room, you'd really expect not to walk into that. There were barely visible nails sticking out of the floor near the bathroom. The receptionist repeatedly told us she'd be watching us through the cameras and asking repeatedly if we were bringing anyone else. We asked for more towels and were told no. We were suspicious of the 'A/C Sensor' that was open and labeled not to touch. The drawers were quite dirty. The location is right in Palmyra so it's surrounded by businesses and is close to Hershey Park. While I was gone, towels were replaced, trash was emptied, and beds were made but there was no effort to clean any other part of the room. Specifically I hoped they would clean the bathroom or even just vacuum the floor. There is a pool that was clean and at a good temperature but I have to say that the pool and the location is the only enjoyable part of the stay. Unfortunately, even with the positives of the stay, I would not recommend it. Overall, I was very disappointed. I don't expect too much but was barely met with the bare minimum.

The desk attendents were very friendly and helpful we were on motorcycles waiting for a package and ended up staying longer the only bad thing is the wifi very slow otherwise for the price we paid very happyquiet and they have an outdoor pool

Room was clean and it was fairly quiet out there but the manager was not the friendliest. The manager alone is why I wouldn't stay here again he was very rude and didn't seem to care any.
