My favorite food in Bar Harbor. Great seat in spot for lunch as several restaurants open just for dinner. Place is trendy and our server was very nice and informative. Buffalo chicken Mac was incredible. Get the full size since it’s double the food for $4 more; I will eat this all week! Our server was multitasking a lot but still checked on us. We will return.

Day 2: Review update: yesterday, I came and left tree stars (review below). Today, I came back because there was nearly nothing else open on Easter Sunday eve in Bar Harbor. My $20 lobster stew was actually quite good, tasty, and there was a decent portion of lobster meat in it (more than what there seems to be on the pic). Service was still very good. I have to say, my experience today was different and, according to it, I’d come back and recommend it to friends. Day 1: Not impressed but service is good. $25 for a lobster Caesar salad with very little lobster, a couple of spoonfuls at best, far less than what you get in a roll. Also, it was drowning in Caesar’s salad sauce, which made the dish quite salty. Food is not inedible but I wouldn’t be back in a hurry.

A pretty good spot in Acadia National Park to eat. We visited twice. I had the Nomad burger the first time and the grilled chicken Diablo sandwich the second time. Wife had the lobster cesar salad, the salad could have had a bigger lobster portion. Burger was great. We also had the clam chowder, that was good also. One of the best spots in the area. Most places around only sale fried food which is not our preference. If we are in the area again we would come back. Customer service is pretty good.

Really great food! We loved everything. My burger was a touch overcooked ( wanted it to be medium rare, but it was more medium well but it was still really tasty!) Clam chowder was really rich, and had some good amount of seafood in there! The crab dip was SO GOOD! It was more than enough for the 4 of us. Really rich and would absolutely get it again. We also had the grilled haddock, the haddock reuben, the full rack and mac, and the Our servers were lovely and attentive and everything came out quickly! Portions were big, and we had enough even for dinner that night. The mac and cheese and ribs were amazing. it's like a mountain! Perfect for sharing in my opinion if you do the full rack especially. I loved that they had ways to customize your meal with sides and loads of variety on the menu. I'd love to stop by again! If you're in the area I would recommend you stop in!

Hello Barb, We have open mic night at our new, sister property The Annex (located right next door to Side Street). The Annex has open mic nights every Sunday from 4:30pm - 7:30pm. Hosted by Peter Lindquist - everyone is invited!
There is one in the bar, but I don't think there is one on the patio.
Hi Ellen. We are open 7 days/week but closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. We will also close at 3pm on New Years Eve for our annual NYE late night party. I hope this helps. Thanks!
