I went in around 1030 on a Saturday. I waited about an hour, which is typical of an urgent care wait in my experience. The desk staff was prompt and polite to myself and everyone that came in. Once I got into a room it was about 30-40 minutes for the whole exam shenanigans. For lack of more accurate terms, the dr and nurse were extremely polite, had great attitudes and did not rush through our conversation despite being severely understaffed (as are so many work places these days including my own) I especially appreciated the dr Melissa! We spoke of my ailments and she prescribed medicine accordingly. She was very cheery and personable where some others might be rushed and grumpy in her shoes. I’ve had a better than typical experience everytime I’ve had to visit this clinic 12/10 would recommend!

I visited this Urgent Care for the second time this month. The staff was professional and extremely helpful to my needs. The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. I was so grateful to have this service available as my doctor closed early that day and emergency rooms are a nightmare. I highly recommend the Bridgewater Urgent Care for your medical needs.

Always a great experience at Care Central! I’ve been a few times, and recently brought my daughter for a possible tooth infection. From front desk staff, to Dan the NP, everyone was so kind. Dan was very thorough in evaluating my daughter. I would absolutely go back!

I went into Care Central in Bridgewater because I had a severe head cold that had lingered for 2 weeks. I went to get tested for COVID 19 just to be sure. Fortunately I test negative for COVID but the physician’s assistant said that because of my age (72) and the fact that I have a compromised autoimmune system he would like to take a couple of x-rays to check for pneumonia. They found that I did indeed have pneumonia and sent two prescriptions for antibiotics to my pharmacy. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk through my x-rays and consultation were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs quick results and can’t get an appointment right away with their primary care physician.
