Had an amazing experience moving with this company. The movers arrived within the given window and were very quick with the moving process on both ends. Both the packing of the apartment as well as the unloading of the boxes. Both times, the movers finished in roughly 1 hour for a one bedroom apartment. All items arrived in great condition and all boxes included extra packing material so items would be extra protected. For the value as well as the professionalism, I highly recommend working with this company.

Highly recommended company for moving. Speedy service, excellent communication, with a team that knows what they are doing. I did some research and got some quotes from a few different companies before settling with CA - NY Express Movers. Total cost for moving from SF to NYC was around $2000 for 250 cubic volume of belongings. They have their own system for calculating the total cost that you can use, which made things easy to estimate. The crew that showed up for pickup and delivery were quick in their service. The team wrapped up my furniture very nicely for the move. Time frame of the delivery to NYC was delayed due to some mechanical issues. As stated on their contract, they would issue $100 dollars for everyday that it was late past the estimated delivery date. I was a bit skeptical and thought I would have to jump through hoops to get the money, but true to their word, I got the money back hassle free. Honesty is what I look for in a service and these guys lived up to it.

We moved in January and went with this company based off the reviews. They arrived over an hour late, used all of our packing materials and still charged us a packing supply fee. Upon delivery many of the items were destroyed. All of the damaged items were items they packed based off their recommendations including; furniture, television, pictures, and many others. All the boxes and items looked as if they were thrown about. Our insurance wouldn’t accept a claim because this is a case of negligence from the moving company. The moving company offered us $150 for well over $1500 in damages. They then refused to pay and got incredibly rude to us on calls and e-mails. After leaving a review they told us they could not pay because we left a review and would only pay if we removed our review. I wouldn’t trust this company with your move, or your time. They are scam artist!
