Our Christmas party was extra festive because of the gorgeous set up and unique flavors supplied by Blackwater Creek Venue and Catering. My favorites were the mouthwatering smoked filet of beef sliders, the delectable tomato, mozzarella and basil bites and the scrumptious charred corn and black bean salad. Surprisingly, even the infused water was delicious!

Chef Darin Lee at Blackwater Creek provided a beautiful atmosphere for our daughter’s wedding. We don’t live in Virginia, so planning a wedding from a different state is challenging and can be very nerve wracking. However, Darin’s expertise and desire to please his clients gave us the confidence to relax and enjoy the celebration of our daughter’s wedding day. The food was absolutely delicious and the table settings were beautiful. Darin is professional and easy to work with. I would encourage the local community to take advantage of an amazing venue, and for those at a distance, be assured that you are making a great decision to let Chef Lee and Blackwater Creek plan your wedding day.

Chef Darin Lee and his staff were amazing! They were on time, the set up was beautiful, the food was delicious and they were so attentive to every little detail. Our home has an open floor plan and the party took place right in the middle of where they were cooking although I didn't even notice them. The clean up was as if they were never there.
