This place is pretty neat. The way I found out about it was on a show called North Carolina Weekend. We got some gelato, cheese, and some steak and the gelato was great. The reason I didn't mention the other two is because I haven't eaten them yet but I bet they will be great! There were some baby water buffalos there and we got to pet them.

During our off season we are open by appointment, contact us and we will arrange a time to open for you. Typically in the off season we have Water Buffalo milk Gelato and Buffalo Meat available. Our regular season begins when we start making Mozzarella di Bufala again for the year. For 2021our opening day is April 24. We will be open Saturdays from 9:00 AM to Noon.
Yes we are open 9 am to noon. Let us know if you would like to reserve mozzarella as we often run out on Saturday
Yes, we do ship both our Mozzarella di Bufala and our Water Buffalo meat. We ship through UPS and have next day delivery to all of North and South Carolina and most of Virginia. We make on Thursdays and ship Thursday evening so that it reaches you fresh on Friday
