Ever since Phil sold the gym it has been on a slow decline. They are no longer open in the mornings everyday and the days they are open in the morning they want to open around 10am and close at 12 noon. How is that convenient for anyone? They forget there are people like myself that work until midnight and cannot get to the gym until close to 12 noon. They used to be open at least until 1pm but not anymore. Today i got to the gym at 1145 thinking i had plenty of time to workout only for the guy who opened the gym to tell me that "we're closing around 12:15 today". I would come in the afternoon but 1. I work 2pm-midnight monday thru friday and 2. everyone flocks to that gym in the afternoons and you will have a bunch of little kids running around everywhere and you cannot even find a spot to jump rope since it's such a little gym with 30-40 people trying to work out in there. I been going to that gym since 2014 but i rarely go nowadays because of all the changes that were truthfully for the worse. And those changes are part of the reason they lost alot of other boxers that had also been going to that gym for a long time.

Yes the gym does take part in the tournaments. Golden gloves, diamond gloves... etc.

In my opinion. She can start around 5 years old. That's the youngest I've seen. They'll train her, teach her discipline , determination, and focus.
1 day is better than no day at all. What you learn, you can practice at home on your rest days.

It's about 55 a month I beleive. An it's open till 7 pm but but 630 they stop receiving people and Saturdays their open till 1 pm.
No. You should buy your own hand wraps, gloves, and jump rope. The gym does have them available for you to use but I would recommend you purchase your own.
The gate right in between the yellow building and the apartment. Did you find it yet? Theres a sign that says ikes and randys and it has a mailbox. I've been training there for 3 weeks hope you enjoy it. Ossie is a really good trainer
