We just need basic information such as income (pay stubs, W2's or tax returns for self-employed people). Asset information (bank statements) and we'll do a soft pull that won't hurt your credit.

No. We never have and we never will charge an up front fee to our customers. Stay away from mortgage companies that do charge up front.
For FHA usually you need a 620 mid score and for Conventional it's a mid score of 640.
From start to finish most loans take between 21-30 days at Americay Mortgage.
